No words can describe how much I love this baby boy.  I can't believe he is a year old already.

*CHRISTMAS DAY*

We had a wonderful, low-key Christmas.  We had several visitors throughout the day.  Grandparent Burhans and all of the Adams' family side stopped buy to celebrate.  This year we tried a new tradition where the children received 4 gifts each.  Something they want, something they need, something to wear and something to read.  Even with the limitation, they seemed to get all they wanted.

*CHRISTMAS EVE*

We were so blessed this year and enjoyed every minute of it.  As always, we put out our cookies for Santa and all go to Maren's room to spend the night.  This is the first year Coen got to spend the night with the girls.  By next year, Beck should be able to join.  I always spent the night with my sister on Christmas Eve and my kids continue the tradition.
They all wait until a reasonable time to come and wake us the next morning, so they always get an ipad and phones to entertain them in the morning.

*BECK'S 1ST BIRTHDAY PARTY*

Our last baby's first birthday party was today.  Unfortunately, the weather was bad that day, so a lot of people couldn't make it.  We still managed to have a blast though.
He wasn't too sure about eating the cake at first, but once he got a fork he went for it.  He loved playing in it, but I think his favorite part was the presents.
