*ALEXA'S 1ST PIANO RECITAL*

She did great too! They started with the newer ones first, so she was second on the list to go. She played Bugle Boy and Jolly Old St. Nick. A ton of people came out to watch her play. Jay, myself, Maren, Aunt Shirley, Grandpa and Grandma Burhans, Aunt Angie, Uncle Greg, Michael, Trey, Grandma Norma, and Aunt Erin. The last picture is of her music teacher Dave Simmons.

*BREAKFAST WITH SANTA AT TREX*

We met the Sweeney's and Smykay's for breakfast at T-Rex for breakfast with Santa. Santa swam with the sharks in T-Rex's huge fish tank while we ate. Then after breakfast we all went to sit on Santa's lap. While we waited the kids got to dig for bones.

*FIRST SNOW FALL*

The first snow fall of the season happened last night, so the girls were eager to head out in it. Alexa was at school, so I let Maren play in it. Once Alexa got home she was quick to go out too.

*ROLLIES FIRST SNOW*

I thought she would act different when the first snow fell, but she acted like she's seen snow a million times.

*MAREN FELL DOWN, SO ALEXA HELPED*

I was on a phone call upstairs and left Alexa in charge. While I was on the call Maren climbed up on the bookcase and fell down and scratched her leg. Alexa stepped in and saved the day. She got Maren a blanket, her doll, and set up the step stool with a drink beside her. She also told Maren not to move in case she was really hurt. What a great big sister!

*THE GIRL'S CHRISTMAS DANCE PARTY*

The party is on dance night and everyone brings a different treat. The last 15 minutes of class the girls run out and eat. This one was special, because this was Maren's first one. Alexa had two since she takes 2 classes in a row.

*THE GIRLS COLORING*

I just that this was a cute picture moment. The girls colored for awhile before bed. Maren for some reason loves to color with plain pencil or pen. Alexa loves to use different colors.
