*COEN'S 1ST BIRTHDAY PARTY*

 

 

 

 

Coen had a wonderful first birthday party and we enjoyed everyone who was able to make it!

*COEN'S 1ST DENTIST APPOINTMENT*

 

 

Coen was good through his first ever dentist appointment.  He wanted to wiggle away at first, but he thought it was funny when they tickled his teeth and gums with a toothbrush.

*ROYALS GAME :: GAME 3 OF THE POST SEASON DIVISION SERIES*

This final game was our chance to enter into the American League Championship Series and we won! 

At first Alexa didn't want to go, but she got so into it and they really did have a great time.  We had lowers seats on the first base side, so Maren and Alexa would stand near the outfielders during warm-up to try and get them to throw them a ball.  They never got one, but Maren insisted at standing down near the railing almost the entire game.

Near the end it starting to lightly rain and was a little chilly, but it as all worth staying and seeing the Royal's win.  The excitement was amazing and made our post season game experience worth going to.

*ALEXA'S CROSS COUNTRY MEET IN BALDWIN CITY*

This was Alexa's first out of town cross country meet, so she had to wake up super early to make sure she was on the bus by 6:30 to travel out to Baldwin City with all the other 7th and 8th graders.

This was a great course for Alexa to run and she got her new personal best at 9:07 for her mile.

*PUMPKIN PATCH*

We went to a new pumpkin patch this year in Bonner Springs, KS called Kerby Pumpkin Patch.  Our weekends in October are all filled so we had to do our pumpkin patch visit earlier then usual this year.
Alexa was happy once she found the popcorn and Maren and Coen enjoyed riding the barrel train.
