*FOURTEEN WEEKS*

Fourteen Week Recap

1. Coen got his first tooth this week!  We saw the little two buds on the bottom for awhile now, but the bottom right one finally poked up.  He no longer has his toothless grin.
2. He also got to celebrate Maren's bday.  We went to Gojo's, a Japanese restaurant, and he was a good boy and slept the whole time.

*MAREN'S 8 YEAR OLD BIRTHDAY INTERVIEW*

 

*COEN'S 3 MONTHS*

Coen has accomplished so much in this past month.  He is still our happy, perfect baby boy.  Coen only cries when he is hungry or dirty, he sleeps through the night and he is always in the perfect mood.  He makes his entire family laugh when he plays with us.  The girls are having fun talking to him and having him interact with them.  We thought his major accomplishment this month was him rolling from his tummy to his back, but the following week he taught himself how to roll from his back to his belly!  Now that he is mobile, we have to be super careful on where he lays.  We sure do love our Co-Bear.

*MAREN'S BIRTHDAY SLUMBER PARTY*

Maren's birthday is coming up next Thursday, so we asked her what she wanted to do.  She said she wanted to go ice skating at first, but then decided on a slumber party.  She invited her 5 friends Adrienne, Ava, Paige, Hadley and Ellie.  (Hadley ended up getting sick the day of the party, so she wasn't able to come.)

We started off with pizza, cake and goodie bags and then Jay walked them down to the movie.  They had a blast walking even though it was pretty cold out.  By the time they made it back it was already 9:30, so we had them all get in their jammies and play in Maren's room.  They were all really good and got along the entire time.  Amazingly, they went to bed right when I asked them to.  I was worried I would have a group of giggly girls that would wake the baby, but they were all so good.

The next morning, Jay made them all breakfast off of a menu Maren created for them to choose from.  They all then played with Coen the rest of the morning until their parents all came.

(Alexa stayed at the party for a whole five minutes after the girls arrived until she was saved by her friend.  She was so happy Isabel invited her to spend the night.)

 

 

*THIRTEEN WEEKS*

Thirteen Week Recap

1. Coen celebrated his Daddy's birthday with him this week.
2. He is a rolling over fool.  He loves to flip back and forth.  I tried to take pictures of him pushing up on his belly, but he kept wanting to roll over.
3. Coen attended Maren's birthday slumber party with all the girls.  He loved how they doted on him.

*TWELVE WEEKS*

Twelve Week Recap

1. Coen rolled over from his back to his tummy!  It wasn't perfect, but his hiney was over.  He now just has to pull out his arms and he will have it.
2. He has gotten more hair.  Its slowly filling in, so he's not as bald as he was a month ago.

*ELEVEN WEEKS*

Eleven Week Recap

1. This was Coen's 1st week without his mom at home.  Luckily he has a three women that love on him while I am gone.  Monday and Tuesday's he is with Grandma Hauk, Wednesday he is with Grandma Adams and Thursday and Fridays he is at Mrs. Joany's.
2. Coen chuckled!  and he wasn't asleep.  Last week daddy got him to chuckle in his sleep, but this week he will do it all on his own.  
3. The best for last... he learned how to roll over.  His first day at Mrs. Joany's she was doing tummy time and he rolled from his tummy to his back each time she would put him on his belly.  That night he did it once for me when we were at Bunko.

*MAREN'S FORT*

Maren came up with the idea to build a fort when she was outside.  We have all these left over colorful flags from the work we did, so she collected them all up and stuck them into her fort.

*FAMILY PHOTO SESSION*

We were snowed on a very cold Sunday, so we did a family photo session.

*TEN WEEKS*

Ten Week Recap

1. Coen survived his first New Year's Eve!  He did go to his bed at 10:15pm, but it still counts!
2. He learned how to chuckle.  Daddy found his tickle spot and got to him to chuckle a couple of times when he was asleep.  He can only squeal when he is awake.
3. He is continuing to sleep though the night really well.  He has slept up to 8 hours some nights.
