That day, the girls got ready to go out and trick-or-treat, of course they had to do the annual Halloween photo at the fountain before the girls headed out. This year, I couldn't go, so Maren went with her friends and parents and Alexa went on her very own with her friends. You can see that they got a lot of candy! After they were done trick-or-treating, the girls all sat around swapping candy.
Aunt Rachel joined us to help me pass out the candy, since I was still hurting. We always run out of candy way ahead of when the trick-or-treaters are done. It doesn't matter how much candy we buy every year. We end up just turning off the lights to let them know that we are done.
